Beta Terms of Use

Smart XLM Market is currently a demonstration and testing environment. By using the beta, you understand that functions, availability and data may change, reset or be withdrawn during testing.

1. Simulation only

Demo account balances, XLM-denominated project units, reference price movements, lock cycles and any simulated profit or loss are not real cryptocurrency holdings or securities. They do not represent ownership in any named company. They cannot be redeemed for cash, shares or real XLM.

2. No real funds accepted

The beta does not support deposits or withdrawals of actual XLM, fiat currency or other assets. Do not send cryptocurrency to addresses appearing in testnet or demo screenshots. No feature displayed here guarantees profit, investment performance or any monetary return.

3. Promotional credits

SWM promotional credits are separate from XLM, have no guaranteed exchange value and are non-withdrawable. Availability, redemption rules and campaign eligibility may be limited or modified during beta testing. Unless a separately verified service is activated, mobile-recharge redemptions are unavailable.

4. Reference companies

Named companies and their logos are used only for illustrative reference listings. The platform does not imply affiliation, endorsement or an offer to buy those companies’ shares or securities.

5. Acceptable use and security

Do not create fraudulent identities, attack systems, automate abuse, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Keep login credentials private. Beta participation may be restricted, suspended or ended to protect system integrity.

6. Data and corrections

Simulated positions, balances and campaign credits may need correction following technical errors. Administrative changes should be traceable. Any personal information provided is subject to the Privacy Notice.

7. Before a wider public launch

These beta terms are provisional. The responsible operator must publish confirmed business contact details and obtain appropriate legal and financial-regulatory review before accepting real funds or launching financial products. See the Risk Disclosure.
