Smart XLM Market Beta is not an investment platform accepting real capital. All project units shown in the demo are simulated. They are not shares, ownership interests, staking positions, securities or claims on real assets.

1. Market prices versus demo data

Displayed external XLM spot prices are market information and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Project-unit values, scenario changes and portfolio P/L are independently configured reference values; they do not track real shares or represent audited market returns.

2. No guaranteed performance

Any displayed percentage, lock-cycle outcome or historical demo gain is hypothetical. Real financial markets involve possible total losses. Do not infer that a reference gain is achievable or assured.

3. Stellar Testnet

Testnet assets have no real monetary value. Testnet balances, transaction records and simulated purchases may be reset or interrupted. Never transfer mainnet cryptocurrency to a testnet address.

4. Referral and bonus credits

Promotional SWM is a separate non-withdrawable ledger credit, not a cryptocurrency or real XLM. Referral eligibility and mobile-recharge offers must not be presented as cash returns. Recharge cannot occur until a verified provider and secure reconciliation are operational.

5. Brand references

Company names and marks in reference listings are illustrative and do not indicate any partnership, authorization or securities offering. Users are not buying equity in the named companies.

6. Real-money operations are disabled

Real deposits, withdrawals, fiat conversions, custody and investment functions must remain disabled until appropriate financial-regulatory review, operator identification, KYC/AML measures, custody controls, independent testing and operational approvals are complete.
